Licences are mandatory for contracted roles and most in-house security at licensed premises. All medical staff with hold official membership with HPAC (Health Practices Associates Council), or similar and, be qualified to either degree level, or hold Qualsafe Level 3/4/5 Certificates in First Response Emergency Care (RQF).
